It usually takes 4 - 6 weeks to process all visa applications. Work Visa applications take around 10 to 15 working days. You may require further permission from the Ministry of Interior which may take up to 6 weeks or longer. We are not responsible for long it takes to be granted permission for your travel.

Unfortunately we do not have Premium Services and cannot provide an Emergency visa to applicants. We cannot prioritise applications at this moment. You will have to wait 4 - 6 weeks. We appreciate your understanding for this matter.

Yes. All Travel Document holders are required to obtain a visa. Travel Document Holders are not eligible for an e-visa.

We do not process refunds once the application has been put into process.

If you feel that you require a translator on the day of your appointment, you are more than welcome to arrange a verified translator to attend with you.

Our facilities provide step-free access to the premises. You are allowed to bring a carer, supervisor, or assistant with you to your appointment.

All applicants who have obtained a travel ban due to unforeseen reasons / overstay / covid, you will need to apply for a visa. The application procedure will take up to 6 weeks. You will need to provide a statement letter on why you have received the ban, and why you would like to travel to Turkey again. We cannot determine that your visa will be granted permission. If your application has been rejected, you are able to apply for a visa again, however, we cannot provide any information regarding refusals.

Once you attend, your documents will be checked our visa advisor , if you have all necessary documents with you you will take a ticket number and wait to be called to your appointment. Expect to stay 1-3 hours for the completion of your application. it is totally depends on whether you have arrived with all necessary documents and printed out or copied of it if necessary. We strongly advise to check very carefully our document check list . Even though this may not be ideal for clients, we ensure that all applications are complete without missing documents to avoid our clients from booking another appointment. We may ask you to come back if you are missing documents. We have the right to ask for further information if required.

You must apply at least 60 days before your day of travel. Earlier applications will not be permitted and you will be required to attend another appointment.

E.g. You are travelling on the 1st of June 2021 and we are in February 2021. The earliest you may apply is April 2021. You will not be accepted if you apply in March for a trip in June.
